Returns Policy

This policy is designed to maintain a clear and fair standard for both our customers and our products.

The following text is provided for clarity and structure. It should still be reviewed as final legal copy before launch.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, products must be unused and in original condition. All tags, packaging, and included parts must be intact, and items must not show signs of installation, wear, or modification.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

A processing fee may apply depending on the return method and region.

Processing

Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after arrival.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Business days exclude weekends and national holidays.

Exchanges / Store Credit

Returns can be converted into an exchange for another product, or store credit.

Store credit will be issued digitally and can be used for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible: used or installed items, modified or altered products, and final sale items unless otherwise specified.

Retail Purchases

Products purchased from retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
