Shipping / Japan & Overseas
Shipping within Japan and overseas delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–5 business days after the order date.
Business days exclude weekends, public holidays, summer closure, and year-end holidays. Delays may occur depending on stock status, destination, weather, customs, or carrier conditions.
Japan Delivery
Domestic orders are shipped by Sagawa Express or ECOHAI. Carrier selection cannot be specified. If no time window is selected, delivery may be assigned to ECOHAI.
International Delivery
Overseas orders are supported. Payment is accepted by credit card or PayPal. Delivery is handled by EMS or DHL depending on destination and order conditions.
Fees and Notes
Shipping fees, COD handling fees, and international rates vary by order and destination. Import duties and customs fees for overseas orders are the customer's responsibility.

- Choose a delivery time window at checkout. If not selected, the earliest available date will be used
- Remote areas
- Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, islands, and remote areas may require additional time
- Restricted addresses
- We cannot ship to hotels, rental offices, airports, ports, stations, or similar facilities
- Japan shipping fee
- JPY 700 plus tax. Free shipping for domestic orders above JPY 15,000 before tax
- Cash on delivery
- Available in Japan. COD fee applies according to order total
- Overseas payment
- Credit card or PayPal only
- Overseas carriers
- EMS or DHL. Carrier cannot be changed
- Overseas tax and duty
- Japanese consumption tax is removed for overseas delivery. Import duty is paid by the customer
- Overseas flat rates
- China / Korea / Taiwan: JPY 3,100. Asia excl. CN/KR/TW, Hong Kong, Macau: JPY 3,800. Oceania / Canada / Mexico / Middle East: JPY 4,800. Europe: JPY 5,800. United States: JPY 6,800. Latin America / Africa: JPY 8,600.

- Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items or larger packing volumes. We will contact you by email after the order if needed.
